sorry the description is a little hard to understand.
But the tow hook in the mod pack can be attached to the two loops on the inside frame of the winch, they can be kinda finicky to attach. And you can also attach the tow hook to any tractor or vehicle hitch, then if you have the better-winch mod you can attach any winch cable to the tow hook.
